If you’ve ever walked into a Sam’s Club you can understand how the location of your product, how it gets marketed, and how well it plays with other products highly influences the likelihood of consumers buying it.
An even bigger challenge is determining how to organize these like-products together, in a way that makes sense to the consumer. Sam’s Club came back to us with that very challenge—to rethink how products were merchandised to increase sales of complex consumer tech products across multiple categories.
The key to a great experience is in putting ourselves in the shoes of the shopper. Zooka strategized an effective category management process that gave every product the same level of care, so customers could pick and choose the best devices for their needs. Products ranged from smart watches, to smart scales, to pet healthcare devices.
